Don't give excuses that I do it for stress relief. The more you do for short-time pleasures the more you feel guilty.
Many other side effects are there too much excessive porn can lead you to objectify a woman as a sexual object. Rather than seeing her as a woman.
The solution to all these problems:-
- Follow the No-Fap challenge.
- It can't be changed Overnight.
- Take time first control yourself to stay away from erotic pictures for at least one day.
- Try 2nd day too.
- If you can challenge then you can go for 7 days straight.
- Don't worry if you get Nightfalls (Wet Dreams).
- Do some regular exercises in the Morning time.
- Stay busy with your hobbies.
