Tiredness
Life is not a race. Ups and downs will come. You just need to keep going.
Don't think of the past and the future. Just focus on your Present! It will be firstly difficult but it will take some time to focus on your work.
There are many reasons for being tired too. Like stress from family, peer pressure or other stuffs like getting scolded by your boss. All these things involves expectations in our life.So now if we really take off those expectations from our life will it really help us?
Of course those are the expectations only that are getting us hurt in our life. So much pressure from other third party things that makes our life toxic.
Now we should make some of the lists that will naturally heal us:-
- We should always drink plenty of water.
- We should avoid negative and positive thoughts.
- Keep your mindset neutral because if you keep your mind too much of positive then it will be again negative by the end of the day.
- Have a sleep for almost 8-10 hours. Don't rely on any kind of motivational sources that claim to sleep for only 4-5 hours of sleep.
- Sleep more because your brain needs a rest after a tiresome job.
- During your work time just focus on your work rather than any other stuffs.
- Appreciate what you are and laugh at yourself that you can't be or can't achieve at the current moment.
- Always don't take your job seriously just take it as a normal thing. Don't take your job as a God or something.
- If a particular job is giving you strain then you can leave it, it's upto you, by the way if you have a passive stable income then you can definitely leave it.
- If you also have enough savings in your bank account then you can also leave your job.
Imagine there is a rainy day, don't blame it like why the day was not sunny. Just enjoy the rain.
Even you will not die if you leave your job. You will be still alive.
